The Outer Worlds - Murder on Eridanos (DLC)
Significantly shorter / smaller than Peril on Gorgon, but still pretty good! Together the expansions were $25 retail, and that price point was pretty fair for the amount of content provided, but Gorgon definitely had more stuff. Eridanos felt like cut content, a self contained set of primarily speech-based quests, with some neat set-pieces, and neat twists.
It suffered from similar problems as Gorgon, where there wasn’t a lot of challenge to a late-game player, even though the game throws up a giant “HEY DON’T COME HERE TIL LATE GAME!” warning right at the start. They had similar problems of having neat new unique weapons, but none of which could even remotely come close to the gear I already had.
Not a whole lot to say about the game. It was good, but it wasn’t exceptional, stand-out DLC like the big story DLCs for similar style games (Fallout 3, 4, Elder Scrolls, etc).
